The Vietnamese Students’ Association of Foreign Trade University, HCMC Campus, was established in November 1999. Since its foundation, the Association has successfully fulfilled its mission of creating an environment for students to practice and develop themselves, acting as a reliable companion of the entire student body. The Association plays a pivotal role in uniting, encouraging, and supporting members and students in their studies and training, helping them to fulfill their responsibilities as students. It also contributes to strengthening HCMC Campus, promptly addressing students’ needs and aspirations, while participating in policy feedback and recommendations regarding the rights and duties of members and students. For many years, the Vietnamese Students’ Association of HCMC Campus has been recognized as an excellent unit in student affairs and movements in Ho Chi Minh City. Through various programs and activities, the Association has taken the lead in equipping students with essential soft skills, creating opportunities for learning, growth, and personal development.
Currently, the Association has gathered more than 4,000 members across HCMC Campus. Its organizational structure consists of: the Executive Committee of the Association, the Inspection Commission, 45 Chapters, and 25 Clubs – Teams – Groups – Communities.
The 11th Executive Committee of the Vietnamese Students’ Association of Foreign Trade University, HCMC Campus (tenure 2025 – 2028), consists of 21 members, including 05 Secretariat Members. The Standing Committee includes 01 President and 02 Vice Presidents. The Executive Committee is divided into three working areas: the Office Division, Clubs – Teams – Groups – Communities Division, and Internal Affairs Division. Supporting and advising the Executive Committee is the Inspection Commission, with 05 members.
